Babykarma trades under the following terms and conditions:
Purchasing ~ We accept payments by cheque, postal order, cash, debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway.
Dispatch of goods ~ In stock goods will be dispatched the following working day from receipt of your order, and payment (Cheque payments must clear before product dispatch will take place).
Non-stock goods will be dispatched either directly from our suppliers or will be dispatched once in stock, notification will be given of items not in stock or on back order.
Goods are dispatched using Royal Mail Parcel Post as a first choice, courier dispatch will be used for larger items and large orders at no additional cost to the purchaser.
Returns ~ Unless otherwise stated as such all goods are new at time of purchase. Babykarma will accept returns of non-faulty products purchased in error subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the item cost. This fee will be levied at the time of refund assuming that the goods are returned with original packaging and in as new condition.
All goods are checked upon receipt from our suppliers, and again on dispatch to the customer, we cannot accept liability for damage caused during delivery. Any claims for damage in transit should be directed to the organisation used for delivery.
Faulty goods must be returned with original packaging as soon as possible after purchase, a full refund, or replacement item will be issued upon receipt, the cost of return postage will be refunded in all cases of faulty goods.
Products ~ Sourced wherever possible from sustainable sources, made naturally, containing natural ingredients and providing the fairest of income for producers.
No baby, or fragrance product sold by Babykarma has been tested on animals, and where appropriate products are made from sustainable materials which breakdown harmlessly in the environment.
We do not sell medical products or medicines and none of our products should be used as such. Any natural essences we sell are made from pure ingredients, some herbal preparations can have medicinal uses in a holistic sense however Babykarma recommends that professional advice is sought before using any products sold by us in this way.
As with all liquid and powder products, it is possible for an allergic reaction to occur, Babykarma recommends that if an allergic reaction is suspected medical advise is sought.
